About Cindy's Bakery
Cindy's bakery was setup in 2018 to supply Carlow with handmade artisanal breads, pastries and confectionaries.
Operating out of the weekly farmers market in Carlow town centre every Saturday, you can order any of our delicious products online and collect at the market so you can be guaranteed not to miss out on your favourite breads or treats.
How it works
Pre-order Online
Order any of our delicious cakes and breads online. You can also order on monthly subscription so you can guarantee your breads (or cakes) are ready for pick up every Saturday at the farmers market.
Collect at Cindy's Bakery
After you have placed your order online, you will get a notification via email to say when your order is ready for collection. This is usually 24hrs. Orders can be picked up at 22 Brooklawns, Pollerton, Carlow.
Or Collect at the Carlow Farmers market
After you have placed your order, your order will be ready for pickup at the farmers market in Carlow's Potato Market. Opening Times are Saturday 09:30 to 14:00. Just look for the bright red tent and ask for Cindy.
